The agency serves an area which spans various district councils in the Preston and Western Lancashire area.  Namely the Boroughs of Preston, Blackpool, Wyre, Fylde, South Ribble, Chorley, the district of West Lancashire and the City of Lancaster.

Preston and Western Lancashire Racial Equality Council is a voluntary organisation, which receives NO financial support.  We do receive moral and in-kind support from Preston City Council.
